CHIEF MASTER SERGEANT CAROL A.M. DOCKERY Senior Enlisted Advisor
Chief Master Sergeant Carol A.M. Dockery was appointed in October 2009 as the Command Chief Master Sergeant and Senior Enlisted Advisor, National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), Chantilly, Virginia. Her previous assignment was as the Command Chief Master Sergeant, Air Force Cyberspace Command, Barksdale AFB, Louisiana. Chief Dockery serves as the principal adviser to the Director of National Reconnaissance and senior staff on matters relating to the professional development, military readiness, and mission effectiveness of enlisted Airmen assigned to the NRO in numerous locations across the globe.
The Chief entered the Air Force in 1983. During her 27-year career she has served as a Assistant NCOIC, Force Management Branch, Headquarters Air Force Communications Command, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, Superintendent, Support Division, U.S. Air Forces in Europe Inspection Flight, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Superintendent Retention Policy and Chief Enlisted Evaluations and Promotion Policy, Directorate of Personnel Policy, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, and Superintendent, 712th Air Base Group, Morton Air Base, Spain, Command Chief Master Sergeant, 96 Air Base Wing, Robins Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. She also did a deployment to Bosnia.
Among the many awards and decorations received by Chief Dockery during her Air Force career are the Meritorious Service Medal with Six Oak Leaf Clusters, the Air Force Commendation Medal with Four Oak Leaf Clusters, and the Air Force Achievement Medal. She has also been recognized as Air Force Personnel Manager of the Year, SNCO of the Year, NCO of the Year, John L. Levitow Award winner, Distinguished Graduate, and the Air Force General Dixon Award selectee.
Chief Master Sergeant Carol A .M. Dockery holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration Management Studies from the University of Maryland and a Associate’s Degree in Applied Science, Human Resource Management Personnel Administration, Community College of the Air Force.
